Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954, in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox was admitted to the Royal Academy of Music in London in the 1970s where she took flute lessons and harpsichord for three years. The money she earned came from an allowance for students and went in part-time jobs to increase her funds. When she was at the Royal Academy Lennox was dissatisfied with her skill in comparison to her fellow students and contemplated a possible alternative route she could take. Lennox played flute with a group called Dragons Playground in 1976. However she left before the band went on I.T.V.s talent contest New Faces. The singer was the primary singer in The Tourists a British pop band between 1977 and the year 1980. They met Dave Stewart, with whom she would form the pop-duo Eurythmics. Lennox worked on her solo debut record Diva. The album was released in 1993. It received lots of praise both from the press and critics. Nostalgia Lennoxs six solo album was released in the month of October 2014. included Nostalgia Lennox. The C.D. Lennox chose her most loved blues and soul tunes. Additionally, in May 2019, Lennox released Lepidoptera a collection of four piano pieces that she improvised. The E.P. The singer-songwriter released her debut solo album along with her artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art with the title "Now I'm letting You Go." Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on the 25th of December. She is a philanthropist, activist, and singer. At the end of the 70s, she achieved minor fame as the lead singer in The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international notoriety in the 80s under the name Eurythmics. Lennox began her own solo career when she released her first album Diva in 1992.
