Anna Sergeyevna kournikova, a former Russian professional player, has become an American TV host. Her appearance and celebrity status made her one of the tennis' most famous players worldwide. Anna Kournikova was a tennis champion from Russia who was at one point in being the most famous female player on the tennis scene. Kournikova was a moderately skilled singles tennis player, was a wildly successful doubles tennis player. Her association with Martina Hingis received widespread praise for their effectiveness relationship. Her fame spread across the globe due to her looks and modeling assignments and to this date remains one of the top looked up athletes on the internet. Kournikova was singles and an advanced baseliner who moved the ball with speed and turn around on the court. She played with a lot of force and utilized powerful groundstrokes. Kournikova was born in Moscow and her parents were athletes in the professional world. Sergei Kournikov, her father was a champion wrestler as was her mother Alla Kournikova was a runner. Kournikova first started playing tennis at age five. She then relocated to Florida in 1991 (at at the age of ten) to attend the Nick Bollettieri Academy. Once she was a pro player, Kournikova signed endorsement deals with a whole bunch of brands. She became the brand ambassador of women's tennis. Kournikova is a widely followed celebrity figure in the years after retirement, and has also appeared in Hollywood movies. Kournikova along with Enrique Iglesias have been together since 2001. She is a Russian ex-professional tennis player. at the age of 14 she was the youngest athlete ever to take home the Fed Cup and compete in professional tennis. She played in the U.S Open at 15 years old and also the Wimbledon semi-finals when she was sixteen years old. But, she was forced to end her professional tennis career when she turned 21 because of severe back issues.
